We believe great work happens when life and career are in balance. That is why we are piloting a 4½-day workweek—because rest fuels results. Our office hours are Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM, and Fridays, 9 AM–1 PM, with remote/hybrid flexibility to support how you work best.

We set a realistic billing goal of 1,750 hours per year, giving attorneys the space to focus on high-quality work, strategic growth, and practice development—without burnout. Our collaborative environment emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and the resources needed to elevate your practice.
