Requirements Include:

• Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Maintaining an active and good-standing license to practice law in Arizona.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience that aligns with the open position.

Available Position: Transactional Attorney – Corporate and Business
We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in Corporate and Business Transactions. The ideal candidate will focus on real estate, corporate & business law, financial and banking services, and mergers & acquisitions.

Vital to the role are:

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Compensation:

We offer a competitive annual salary package ranging from $130,000 – $200,000, along with annual bonus consideration.
