Requirements Include:

  • Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Maintaining an active and good-standing license to practice law in Arizona.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience that aligns with the open position.

Available Position: Transactional Attorney
We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in Corporate and Business Transactions. The ideal candidate will focus on real estate, corporate & business law, financial and banking services, and mergers & acquisitions. Experience in litigation is a valuable addition.

Vital to the role are:

  • Strong legal knowledge in business transactions
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Due diligence expertise

  • Client relationship management
  • Regulatory and compliance knowledge

Compensation:

We offer a competitive annual salary package ranging from $130,000 – $200,000, along with annual bonus consideration.

Position: Litigation Attorney
We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in complex litigation. Probate litigation experience is a valuable addition.

Vital to the role, we require the following skills:

  • Prepare and finalize pleadings in accordance with applicable state and federal rules for filing with court
  • Written discovery, subpoenas, and disclosure statements – prepare and supervision of
  • File management, including supervision of case organization
  • Legal research
  • High-quality persuasive writing
  • Depositions, including preparing, taking, preparing witnesses, and defending
  • Settlement negotiations and mediations/settlement conferences
  • All aspects of trial
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client’s needs come first
  • Management of cases from start to finish

Compensation:

We offer a competitive annual salary package ranging from $130,000 – $200,000, along with annual bonus consideration.
