Patricia Ronan

Senior Counsel

Patricia Ronan brings more than 20 years of litigation experience to Giles Law. Over the course of her career, Patricia has advocated in court and arbitrations for businesses as large as publicly traded Fortune 100 companies and as small as privately held sole proprietorships. In addition, Patricia represented several Arizona municipalities in connection with employment matters, public records requirements, and contract disputes. Patricia is a confident trial lawyer, having tried cases before juries and argued before the Arizona Court of Appeals.

Among Patricia’s strengths are her keen analysis, creative problem-solving, and strategic use of litigation to resolve client issues. She is particularly experienced in both employer and employer representation in connection with employment law issues, such as wage and hour disputes, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, OWBPA, FLSA, workplace training, workplace policies and procedures, reductions in force, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements, executive compensation, severance agreements, employee terminations, internal investigations, administrative and regulatory investigations, and contract litigation.

Patricia graduated with honors from Columbia Law School in New York in 2001. She relocated to Arizona in 2011. Prior to becoming an attorney, Patricia was a student of history, earning a degree from the University of Cambridge. She enjoys reading, nature, and volunteering with organizations that address hunger.
