With over 20 years of experience, Linda brings exceptional paralegal support to our litigation team. Her background spans a broad range of civil litigation matters, including construction disputes, insurance defense, tort defense, revenue recovery, and personal injury. Linda has provided vital support at all stages of litigation—from depositions and mediations to hearings, inspections, and trials—and plays a key role at Giles Law’s with her strong and proactive case management skills.
Linda was born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended Arizona State University and received a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary arts and sciences. In was in the early 2000s when Linda admits the law found her. She was part of a law enforcement anti-corruption political action committee (PAC) when a prominent civil rights attorney offered her the opportunity to work at his firm on his civil rights cases. That began her career in the legal field where her secret talent is the ability to sift through and absorb volumes of data to find what’s important to the case, identifying patterns, creating timelines, and finding smoking guns.
She enjoys the outdoors – exploring, hiking, camping, off-roading, traveling and hanging out with her family and two sons.
