We believe great work happens when life and career are in balance. That’s why we are piloting a 4½-day workweek—because rest fuels results. Our office hours are Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM, and Fridays, 9 AM–1 PM, with hybrid flexibility to support how you work best.

Growth Without Burnout

We set a realistic billing goal of 1,750 hours per year, giving attorneys the space to focus on high-quality work, strategic development, and client relationships that last. Our firm’s structure encourages mentorship, initiative, and professional growth without sacrificing personal well-being.
