Litigation Paralegal – Phoenix 

We are looking for a confident, self-directed paralegal who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys meaningful responsibility, and appreciates the freedom and trust to manage their work without micromanagement. We work hard, support one another, and genuinely enjoy working together.

This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial litigation, probate litigation, business disputes and other complex civil matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing litigation matters from inception through trial
  • Coordinating discovery, document review, and heavy drafting of documents and production
  • Assisting with pleadings, disclosures, motions, and trial preparation
  • Managing deadlines, calendars, and case workflow
  • Communicating with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong case management and organizational skills
  • Experience with state and federal court procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • eDiscovery experience a plus
