Hayden Sovacki

Hayden Sovacki is an associate attorney at Giles Law, PLLC, where he focuses on commercial and civil litigation. His practice includes handling cases in contract law, intellectual property disputes, construction and contractor disputes, and real estate matters. In addition, Hayden brings a unique specialization in sports and entertainment law. A graduate of the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy, he has honed his trial skills to deliver effective and strategic legal solutions for his clients, whether addressing complex business disputes or representing them in high-stakes civil litigation.

A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Hayden earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, he was an active member of the Oregon Law Review and served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Forum. He also gained practical legal experience through the University of Oregon Business Law Clinic, where he advised local businesses on various legal matters. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish/Linguistics while playing Division I football. He furthered his academic pursuits at Arizona State University, where he earned a master’s degree in Sports Law and Business.

Before entering the legal profession, Hayden built valuable experience in the professional sports industry. He worked with major organizations such as the National Football League and the Alliance of American Football, gaining insights into the complexities of the sports business. Additionally, he served as a law clerk for the nation’s largest independent office equipment dealer, providing in-house counsel support on a range of legal issues.

Outside the office, Hayden enjoys staying active by playing basketball, golfing, traveling, and hiking. He also values quality time with family and friends. His background in both sports and law equips him with a distinctive perspective that benefits clients navigating the intersection of these industries.
