Samantha Lee

Samantha Lee serves as an associate attorney at Giles Law, PLLC, concentrating her practice on commercial and civil litigation. Her caseload encompasses contract law, and business, construction, and contractor disputes. She also brings a distinctive specialization in environmental law, particularly water law. Early in her career, Samantha has already gained meaningful courtroom experience, including jury trial work. Samantha is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Washington.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Samantha obtained her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, she interned with both public and private organizations, building experience across education law, gaming law, and environmental law. Before pursuing her legal education, she completed her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor in Anthropology.
When she is not practicing law, Samantha enjoys baking, line dancing, and spending time with her fiancé and their two cats.
