Her practice includes handling commercial disputes in the areas of contract law, non-compete agreements, commercial leasing, fraud, and intellectual property. She serves business litigation clients across the country, primarily in the state and federal courts of Arizona, and has an impressive track record, having successfully tried cases in both state and federal court.

Nancy started her career at Jennings, Strouss, & Salmon, and later developed her practice at a top-10 international firm before starting her own firm. Nancy brings her complex commercial litigation experience, background, and professionalism to her clients, and considers herself a member of her clients’ teams, always keeping their goals and strategies in focus, while simultaneously providing them with exceptional legal advice and representation.

Nancy is a 1999 graduate of the James E. Rogers University of Arizona College of Law, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class and was a member of the Arizona Law Review. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona, and a Bachelor of Arts from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas in psychology.

Nancy enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Giles served as a forensic counselor for a cutting-edge treatment program in Kansas, where she assisted in drafting policy and implementing procedures that were upheld by the United States Supreme Court.
