Audrey Cohen-Davis is a dynamic attorney with over 25 years of experience in complex civil litigation, municipal law, and business matters. She has managed high-stakes cases in state and federal courts, led litigation practices, resolved significant disputes for municipalities, and built a reputation for delivering practical, strategic counsel.
For more than 13 years, Audrey was the City Attorney and Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Jackson, Wyoming. Over that period, she worked with three mayors as she advised local leaders on land use, zoning, contracts, employment law, construction projects, and economic development initiatives. She managed municipal litigation, prosecuted code violations, and represented the city in trial and appellate courts, including the Wyoming Supreme Court.
Before her years in public service, Audrey practiced in Phoenix and Philadelphia, where she built a successful career in contract, tort, construction, employment, and corporate litigation. She tried numerous civil cases, handled complex business disputes, and advised corporate clients on transactions, compliance, and operational matters.

Audrey earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she also completed her MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance. She is licensed in Arizona, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wyoming.
When she’s not focused on her cases, Audrey is passionate about her family and fitness. Once an avid fitness instructor, Audrey continues to use movement as an outlet to relax and mentally decompress. Her favorite activity is going outside for a hike. Notably, she’s hiked the Grand Canyon and Grand Tetons.
