Ms. Giles was born and raised in the Midwest and has lived in Arizona for over ten years, since 1996. Ms. Giles believes in hard work and a strong community. She is an active supporter of the Arizona Town Hall, having served in various capacities, including a recorder and a member of the Training Committee, since 2003. Ms. Giles is also a mentor and contributor to Phoenix Youth at Risk, which supports at-risk youth in the Phoenix area to realize possibilities and change lives.
Ms. Giles is an experienced commercial litigator with an impressive track record involving all aspects of litigation. She serves clients across the country, primarily in business litigation in the state and federal courts of Arizona.

Being a business owner herself, Ms. Giles understands the needs and concerns of entrepreneurs and small businesses. Ms. Giles’ litigation practice places a high priority on meeting clients’ needs with the best possible solutions at the lowest feasible cost. Examples of such solutions include numerous exceptional settlements for her clients, successfully prosecuting a federal copyright infringement trial to a favorable verdict, crafting creative solutions to avoid litigation, and defending clients being sued by often overzealous plaintiffs.
Ms. Giles obtained her law degree from the University of Arizona in 1999, from which she graduated cum laude in the top 20% of her class. She also holds a B.A. degree and a Master of Public Administration.
