Ms. Giles focuses her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation. She is experienced in all areas of litigation, including business disputes, civil RICO actions, landlord-tenant disputes, arbitrations, administrative hearings, products liability, insurance defense, and mediation. She serves clients across the country, primarily in business litigation in the state and federal courts of Arizona, and has an impressive track record, having successfully tried cases in both state and federal court. Being an entrepreneur herself, Ms. Giles understands the needs and concerns of entrepreneurs and small businesses. Ms. Giles’ litigation practice places a high priority on meeting clients’ needs with the most efficient and effective solutions possible.
Ms. Giles graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona Law School in 1999. She also holds Master of Public Administration degree. In the 1990′s, prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Giles served as a forensic counselor for a cutting-edge treatment program in Kansas, where she assisted in drafting policy and implementing procedures that were upheld by the United States Supreme Court.
